5. Increased number of post-harvest facilities such as warehouse by 9 units, solar drier by 9 units, rice mill by 3 units, bao-bao by 3 units, thresher with engine by 3 units, trailer with transmission by 3 units, and shallow tube wells by 15 units at the end of 2004
